One and two-day rental pricing includes 2 hours for rehearsal which will be scheduled closer to the event, use of the wooded ceremony space and pavilion (which includes tables, seating, and fixtures). Fire pit may be used with owner’s consent. Pricing also includes use of the cottage for the bridal party to prepare for the event. This includes use of the kitchen for food prep. If not renting the cottage the night of the event, all parties must be out of the cottage by 11:00 PM.

4 Hours:
$650

Available for rental on the night of event. You must be out by 9:30 AM the next day.

$125 per night

Alcohol charge $100.00
